According to Seth Godin, when comes to using the new marketing media on the internet, these are the wrong questions to ask:
* "How can we make this new stuff works for us?", or,
* "How do we use the new cool tools to support our existing structure?"
The right question should be:
==> "How can we become an organization that thrives because of the new marketing?"
